Do you deliver and collect from my hotel?
Yes, we deliver and collect from most hotels in the Sunny Beach area, free of charge.

Where do I charge the scooter?
We have a long standing relationship with the hotels in Sunny Beach, meaning you can charge them either in your room or in reception overnight.
Will my hotel definitely allow for a scooter?​
99% of hotel in Sunny Beach allow for mobility scooters. Feel free to give us a call or drop us a message to double check before booking.

Where do we meet you?
We always aim to meet you in reception. We will give you a meet time. Please ensure you are ready and waiting for us, as go from one delivery to another and we aim to be on time for everyone.

Why are you so heavily recommended?
We have been hiring mobility equipment in Sunny Beach for the past 8 years and our customers return year after year. We pride ourselves on the fact that we live here all year round and are only ever a phone call away if anything goes wrong.

Do you charge a deposit?
Absolutely not. We never take a payment upfront. We would prefer to make sure you're completely happy before taking a payment.

How soon should we book before our holiday?
We book up really quickly and recommend you book as soon as possible. Please try and avoid waiting until you are in Sunny Beach to book as we may not have availability.

How do we pay?
You can either pay in GBP or Euro's when we deliver the equipment. Please note that it is cash only, or payment via bank transfer if you do want to pay in advance. We do not accept card payments.

Can anyone hire a double scooter?
Yes, these scooters are regularly hired for those with mobility problems, but also those who want to see more of Sunny Beach. Please note, the driver must be age 21 or over.

Do you offer wheelchair accessible airport transfers?
We certainly do. We will need to know your flight details, and we'll be there to pick you up. We'll then take you back to the airport once your holiday comes to an end.
I see you offer a hospital bed and hoist. How does this work?
Just let us know which hotel you're staying in, and we'll build the bed/hoist in your room, on the day you travel to Sunny Beach. By the time you check in, everything will be in place for you. We'll then dismantle the equipment after you leave.
